Risk Disclosure

Read this before allocating capital to any project.

Capital at Risk

Investment in managed trading strategies involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only invest funds you can afford to lose.

1. No Guarantee of Returns

CoreTrustFX does not guarantee any investment profit. The target return percentage shown for each project is an estimate. Actual results may be materially different, including zero or negative returns.

2. Market Risk

Foreign exchange and derivative markets are volatile and can move rapidly against any strategy. Even professionally managed strategies can sustain losses.

3. Strategy Risk

Each project uses a specific trading strategy. Strategies that have worked historically may stop working. Model risk, execution risk, and slippage can reduce or eliminate expected returns.

4. Counterparty and Execution Risk

Projects involve trades executed with brokers and counterparties. Failure of any counterparty, brokerage, or clearing venue could result in delays or losses.

5. Liquidity Risk

Capital committed to a project is locked until the project settles. You may not be able to withdraw committed capital early.

6. Duration and Extension Risk

Project durations are estimates. Projects may be extended, keeping your capital committed for longer than originally expected.

7. Currency Risk

Your wallet operates in USD. If your native currency differs, currency movements may affect the value of your balance and returns when converted.

8. Technology and Platform Risk

The platform relies on software, servers, and third-party services. Outages, breaches, or failures could delay deposits, withdrawals, or distributions.

9. Regulatory and Legal Risk

Changes in law, regulation, or tax treatment could adversely affect your ability to use the platform or the net value of your investment.

10. Past Performance

Past performance of any project or strategy is not indicative of future results. Historic figures describe records already realized and are not a forecast.

11. Simulated and Imported Records

Some trade records may be labeled as simulated, manually imported, promotional, or administrative adjustments. These labels are always displayed to you. Realized trading results are distinguished from bonuses and adjustments.

12. Investor Responsibility

You alone are responsible for your investment decisions. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Seek independent advice before investing.
